Pooja Hedge was born the 13th of October, 1990 in Mumbai in Maharashtra. She is an Indian Film Actress & Model that has appeared in Tamil Telugu & Hindi. She began her personal journey as a child to Hindu parents Manjunath (the father) and Latha (the mother). Rishabh Hegde was her younger brother. Pooja and her family is predominantly Udupi. It is not only that she speaks Hindi very well, but she also knows Tamil Telugu Kannada as well. Pooja was always interested in fashion and modelling since childhood. After that, she chose to go after a career as model and actress. She started modelling while she was in school. In 2010, she participated in the 2010 Miss Universe India contest where she finished second. After this, she focused on her future in film. Mughmodo was her first film to her name, was the result of an encounter with many south film makers. Mughmodo became her first movie after approaching several South film producers. Oka Laila Kosam the film she was requested to play in, became her second proposal. Following that, she received many offers and acted in various south Indian film projects. Ashutosh G varikar was her director in the movie Mohanjo Dara where she played opposite Hrithik Rohan. Following the success of the blockbuster version of the film it was back to Telugu. Saakshyam Arvinda Samethaveera Raghava and Maharshi were among her Telugu release after a successful debut in Bollywood. She was in Bollywood movie Housefull 4 and her films had a great success.
