Lisa Olivia Munn was conceived in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid lived in Vietnam having Chinese ancestry while Winston Barrett Munn's family has roots that go back to the American South. Olivia's parents separated at the age of 2. She grew up with her mother who was in the United States Air Force, as well as her stepfather. Olivia was raised mostly within Tokyo in Japan. Although her family was relocated from Oklahoma to many other places, it was it in Tokyo which she completed the bulk of her education. It was where she appeared in theater productions throughout this time and became a fashion actress for Japanese industry. Olivia relocated to Los Angeles when her family finally moved back home to America. United States to follow her ambition to become an actor.
